No exercise pens may be set up inside the building at any time.
Each exhibitor is responsible for clean-up in and around their setup.
Only painter's tape, not duct or masking tape, may be used on the floors in Old Pueblo and Thurber Halls.
Use of electrical outlets is not exclusive.
All exhibitors must bring their own extension cords and splitters.
Exhibitors are advised to bring ground cover when set up is outside.

Reserved Grooming

In an attempt to provide the inside grooming facility to all our exhibitors in a fair manner and reduce the headaches associated with trying to get an indoor grooming space on Thursday, the Coyote Classic is offering multiple locations and multiple sizes of reserved grooming spaces in Old Pueblo Hall and Thurber Hall. All areas offer electricity. All exhibitors must bring their own extension cords and splitters.

Working, Sporting, and Herding breeds will be in Thurber Hall, while the remainder of the groups, and the group events themselves, will be in Old Pueblo Hall. We will be making every effort to keep each breed in the same Hall throughout the Classic. Each hall will offer some free and Premium Reserved Grooming. Old Pueblo Hall will also offer limited regular Reserved Grooming. Thurber has nice grass and shady trees around it that will be great for setups. Setting up on the field will provide easy access to both Halls.

On the east end of Thurber Hall some free grooming space has been set assigned. On the south end of Old Pueblo Hall (Exhibit Rooms 1 & 2) there is free grooming.

Close to the rings, in the main section of Old Pueblo Hall, we will be offering Premium Reserved grooming spaces as follows:

10' x 10' spaces @ $100 for the weekend
10' x 15' or 10' x 14' spaces @ $150 for the weekend
10' x 20' spaces @ $200 for the weekend

Close to the rings, in Thurber Hall, we will be offering Premium Reserved grooming spaces as follows:

10' x 10' spaces @ $100 for the weekend
10' x 15' spaces @ $150 for the weekend

If you prefer not to make reservations on-line, the completion of a Reserved Grooming form is required. The form for advance reservations is not currently available, please check back later.

Unreserved Grooming

Crating

There are two exhibit rooms for unreserved grooming areas in the southwest corner of Old Pueblo Hall and some unreserved grooming on the south wall of Thurber Hall. There is grass and shade trees around Thurber Hall, with some power on the north wall. There is also ample space on the Polo Field for exhibitors to set up their own portable tenting.

The Classic Committee and the show committees reserve the right to require the stacking of crates and any other remedies it may deem necessary for space in non-reserved areas on a case-by-case bases at their discretion. We encourage exhibitors to use their space efficiently to allow everyone the opportunity to have space.

No crates or pens will be allowed within 20 feet of any ring.

Old Pueblo Hall

Bathing

Bathing of dogs will be in tubs provided by the Classic, located outdoors, southeast of Old Pueblo Hall, near Thurber Hall, and in the Treeline RV area. No dog bathing will be permitted in any other area of the Fairgrounds.

Temporary Crating

In Thurber Hall, temporary crating, crating while you are showing in the ring and up to 10 minutes before ring time, is limited to the area against the South or North walls, no more than 5' from the wall. In any hall, crates, tables, chairs, etc must not block traffic from easily moving through the Halls.
