RV Parking

The Coyote Classic has multiple overnight RV parking zones. We have moved our online sales to WheresMySpace.com. The system works a bit differently than ThunderTix, but many exhibitors are familiar with it because its used by other clubs. One of the changes we had to make in order to make this system work for us was to be specific about the dates for arrival and departure of the tickets rather than just selling those tickets per x number of nights.

Instructions

View the Grounds Map to figure out which zone you would like to park in.
Click the 'On-line RV Reservations' button below to go to the Coyote Classic page on WheresMySpace.
Before you try to purchase tickets you need to login or create an account. If you do this after you have selected your ticket(s) you will be forced to start over.
Search for the "Pick Your Space" ticket for your zone (Thurber and Pima have 3 different options for this) to pick the space you would like.
Purchase "Additional RV Nights" if you are coming before or staying after the time range covered by the "Pick Your Space" ticket.
Provide a name for each ticket being purchased.
Add reserved grooming if desired.
Complete your purchase.
Print your ticket(s) so they can be scanned when you arrive on site.

Handicapped Parking

The RV Park at the Pima County Fairgrounds is handicap accessible. With our on-line RV Parking Reservation Process, you can choose the zone and space that will best suit your individual needs. Handicapped Parking does not mean “Near the Rings”; it means an accessible surface and space.

Deadline for pre-closing advanced reservations:	12:00 PM PT November 1, 2023
RV and Box Van refund cutoff:	12:00 PM PT November 1, 2023
Early check-in:	3:00pm - 7:00pm Monday, November 13, 2023 (prepaid confirmed reservation required)
Early check-in:	9:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday, November 14, 2023 (prepaid confirmed reservation required, on call only)
Check-in:	2:00pm - 9:00pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2023
Check-in:	6:00am - 9:00pm on Thursday, November 16, 2023
